Key Species in this mix:

• Chewings Fescue - A versatile grass which blends in well. Drought tolerant and grows well in the shade and in low fertility areas.
• Creeping Red Fescue - A very strong variety once established characterised by a deep rooting system. Very drought tolerant and thrives in the shade and in dry temperatures. Best started off in moist soil conditions.
• Browntop Bent - With very fine leaves this non-aggressive grass tolerates very close mowing forming a short even turf.
